REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Damaged goods:
If you suspect goods have been damaged in transit you must sign for the goods as ‘damaged’ when signing the couriers proof of delivery.

Unfortunately if goods are signed for and accepted as being in good condition we cannot offer any replacements or refunds. Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours in order for us to log it with the courier.

Incorrect item received:
Contact our Sales team within 48hours with your invoice number and we will aim to rectify it for you .

Cancelling your order:
Should you have to cancel please contact us as soon as possible, once goods are despatched we will not be able to refund the carriage charge.

Incorrect item ordered:
Contact our Sales team within 5 days.

The goods must be returned to us as unused, undamaged and in original packaging, once we receive the goods back we will issue a refund less a 15% restocking fee.

Refused deliveries:
If you refuse a correct delivery, once we receive back and accept as no damage, a refund less carriage and 15% restocking fee will be issued. We must be notified within 24 hours so we can track goods with the courier.
