Dension's new and improved iPod adapter for vehicles with no or minimal text compatibility. The Dension Gateway Lite offers improved browsing and vehicle integration over the Gateway 100 and 300 when text display is not available for your vehicle.

Dension have improved the operations for the new Gateway lite, which allows the users to browse simply through tracks and albums rather than the complex menu system that dictates the usability of the Dension gateway 100, which is primarily designed for vehicles that displays text on the stereo or cluster matrix on the dashboard.

On the Gateway Lite, the music tracks are navigated via the steering wheel controls and/or the CD changer buttons on the front of the stereo. CD changer button 6 selects the source and 1-5 selects the playlist or albums loaded on the USB. The usual buttons allow you to flip forward and backwards though the tracks when an album is selected. The iPod can be controlled from the click wheel and iPod operations are as normal, however the buttons on the steering wheel or stereo will cycle through the tracks.

To avoid the need for complex menu structures Dension have made the Lite more simple, When the iPod and USB are connected the Lite will play the music from the last connected device. So connect you iPod and press CD 6 your iPod will play. The Lite still connects into the CD changer port and provides Digital a connection through your vehicles entertainment system offering exceptional audio quality.
